When you order branded workwear from Color Coded Ltd, we understand that timing is just as important as quality. Our goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and efficient from the moment you choose your products to the day they arrive at your door.
Step 1: Choosing Your Products
Before an order is placed, you’ll select:
- Garment types (e.g. polos, jackets, aprons, hi-viz workwear)
- Quantities and sizes for your team
- Colours that best suit your brand
- Branding method (embroidery or printing)
- Logo placement(s) and logo colours
This ensures we have every detail right before moving forward.
Step 2: Placing and Paying for Your Order
Once you’ve finalised your selections, your order is placed and paid for in full. At this point, we order your garments into stock ready for branding. We hold very little stock as we do not like wastage!
Step 3: Artwork Mock-Up Approval
Before production begins, we provide you with a mock-up of your logo(s) on the chosen garment(s). This is your chance to review and approve the design. No work begins until you’re 100% happy.
Step 4: Production Schedule
Once your artwork is approved, your order is added to our production schedule. From here, our team begins the branding process using industry-leading equipment to ensure quality and durability.
Step 5: Delivery
As soon as production is complete, your order is dispatched on a next-working-day delivery service (weekdays only). This may role over onto a weekend delivery, this is determined by the courier!
How Long Does It Take?
The standard timescale across the branded workwear industry is up to 14 working days from artwork approval. At Color Coded, we work hard to stay within this timeframe, and it very rarely exceeds 14 working days.
If you have a specific deadline, you can request an expedited order. While we can’t always guarantee this, we’ll do our best to rearrange our production schedule, without delaying existing customer orders, to meet your needs.
